I’ve been getting a lot of emails lately from customers who haven’t received their packages. I sincerely apologize for the length of time it’s taking for packages to arrive. As you know, the recent changes to the post office have slowed the mail down significantly and it seems that our little corner of the country has not escaped the same fate.
I have been in contact with our local post office trying desperately to track down these packages. Then, it seems the packages suddenly appear at their destinations.
